Life Stuff - Part One


I'm quite anxious to write this. I don't know why but I haven't even been able to open my blog without feeling like I am going to have an anxiety attack. I honestly don't know why but the mind flips things into chaos very easily nowadays. Well not just nowadays but for most of my life honestly. I'll get to that soon.

For the last months, I can assume you have seen the sudden decrease in blog posts, I have been going through a lot. I can't really sugar coated I've been dealing with a lot of "life stuff" as Louise from Sprinkle Of Glitter would explain it. Just a lot of life stuff piled up, it got so big it was over my head and I started to drown, and now I am slowly crawling out. With all the stuff I have being going through personally, Bits of Wit, which had always been something to help me relieve stress began to cause more anxiety than ever before. I started writing this blog to help me get some of my feelings out and I just felt so much pressure to write or produce content that I honestly didn't have the energy to produce. 

In my last post at the end of 2014, I explained that my life was about to be flipped upside down and I couldn't commit to any sort of schedule and I still can't. I wanted to write this post before I post my next one, which goes into a lot of detail about what I have been going through, so you can understand that neglecting Bits of Wit, wasn't something I wanted to do but something I had to do for a little while.  

I can not tell you how much your love and support has meant to me. Whether you are a family member, friend, internet friend or just a reader of my blog, thank you! I will have a new post soon going into some, not all, detail of the things I have been suffering with. I also want to make it clear that I will not be writing this post for sympathy or pity, I just know how much reading other people's stories has help me so I hope mine can do the same.
